PKI-CLM Engineer (Managed Services)

Nomios is seeking an experienced PKI-CLM Engineer to manage Public Key and Certificate Lifecycle Management infrastructures for clients in Leiden. The role requires at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of network vendors and protocols, and mandatory Dutch and English communication skills.

What you'll do

Oversee and ensure high availability and performance of PKI-CLM infrastructures for clients
Maintain and enhance security management related to the exchange and storage of public keys and certificates
Continuously monitor PKI-CLM systems and their security to quickly detect and resolve issues
Resolve incidents by conducting analyses and implementing corrective measures to prevent recurrence
Provide adequate technical support, addressing functional or security issues for clients
Create and maintain documentation on configurations, policies, and operational procedures
Work closely with engineers, IT staff, and clients to execute management tasks as expected
Mentor and train junior engineers, sharing best practices with clients
Manage configuration, lifecycle, capacity, and performance of PKI-CLM infrastructures
Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for clients
Contribute to regular service reviews and reports for clients in collaboration with Service Delivery Managers
Plan, execute, and document customer-requested changes and participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings
