ML6 is seeking a Principal AI Engineer to lead the strategy and delivery of AI solutions across domains, with a focus on Customer Experience and Emerging technologies. The role blends deep technical leadership with business strategy and client-facing excellence, requiring 8+ years of experience in delivering complex AI/software projects.

What you'll do

Define the Future: Take ownership across an entire domain, business capability, or cross-project strategy, deciding where to invest efforts and how to approach the market.
Win Big Deals: Act as a key technical differentiator in winning large deals by understanding complex customer challenges and translating them into compelling, AI-powered solutions.
Lead the Way: Guide some of the largest and most complex projects from ideation to successful delivery, ensuring delivery excellence and fostering knowledge sharing.
Solve the Toughest Problems: Act as a critical resource for project teams, helping them overcome complex technical, functional, and organizational challenges.
Orchestrate and Direct: Motivate teams, facilitate clear communication, set responsibilities, and provide technical or functional guidance to tech leads.
Be a Thought Leader: Share expertise internally and externally, accelerating working groups and representing ML6 at industry events.
