MWS is seeking an HR & Recruitment Intern to support the People Team in Amsterdam. The role involves recruitment sourcing, HR tech innovation, employer branding, and people operations, offering hands-on experience in a dynamic sports culture environment.

What you'll do

Own sourcing, screening and pipeline management for internships
Build passive-candidate talent maps on LinkedIn for senior hires
Explore and pitch AI and automation in recruitment workflows
Analyze data to improve hiring speed and efficiency
Grow presence on Dutch university campuses
Map competitor offerings for young talent
Maintain careers page and candidate touchpoints
Serve as first point of contact for employee questions
Keep HRIS (HiBob) accurate and up to date
Help onboarding logistics for new joiners
Launch and run Intern Community & Buddy Program
Refresh People Intern Handbook
Take ownership of own projects based on university requirements
