Mars is seeking a Supply Planning Performance & Value Realization Intern to support the development of a performance-driven culture by quantifying, tracking, and realizing business value from strategic initiatives. The intern will work across transformation, capability, and continuous improvement programs to establish methodologies for measuring impact on Supply Planning KPIs. The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's student in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

What you'll do

Develop and maintain a framework for measuring initiative impact against Supply Planning KPIs.
Support teams in estimating expected benefits and value realization prior to project initiation.
Define KPI baselines, measurement methodologies, and tracking mechanisms.
Analyze project outcomes and quantify delivered business value.
Create training materials, guides, and workshops to educate teams on KPI measurement and benefit realization.
Consolidate initiative performance into dashboards and leadership reporting.
Support governance processes by providing visibility of value delivery across the project portfolio.
Identify best practices and drive consistency in performance measurement across teams.
