Intern, Restructuring
Internship on Kroll's Amsterdam Restructuring team (formerly ACE Advisory), advising companies, shareholders, lenders and investors facing financial pressure, refinancing needs or strategic change. Interns are full members of the engagement team, contributing to live client assignments from initial analysis through to client delivery. Requires a current Master's degree in finance or a related field, strong analytical skills and comfort with financial statements; fluent English required, Dutch preferred.

- Developing financial models, liquidity forecasts and scenario analysis
- Assessing business plans and financial projections from a financial and strategic perspective
- Analyzing financing structures, debt capacity and refinancing options
