Kramp Group is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer (Java) to join the Create Customer Awareness team, building personalized customer experiences for the ag-tech industry. The role requires 5+ years of Java experience, Spring Boot expertise, and cloud proficiency, with end-to-end ownership of scalable APIs and services.

What you'll do

Have end-to-end ownership of domains within the full development cycle
Improve content management and segmentation capabilities
Expand recommendation engine with category-level intelligence
Simplify infrastructure behind campaigns and landing pages
Build foundations for predictive, lifecycle-aware customer experiences
Design, build, and deliver scalable, well-tested APIs
Create, implement, and refine CI/CD pipelines
