Keyrock seeks a Senior Rust Engineer with deep trading systems experience and strong AWS knowledge to join its core Capital Markets division. The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing low-latency, mission-critical trading systems while collaborating with a global, fully-remote team. Candidates must have production-grade Rust experience, a background in systematic trading, and proficiency in Python.

What you'll do

Design, develop, and optimise low-latency, mission-critical trading systems
Own key trading stack components end-to-end — from architecture through to production operation
Collaborate closely with quants, traders, and engineers to deliver solutions that improve trading performance and resilience
Maintain and evolve trading infrastructure with a focus on performance, stability, observability, and operational excellence
Troubleshoot complex production issues across exchange connectivity, execution, and market data handling
Drive engineering standards through technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring
Embrace agentic engineering principles: leverage AI-assisted workflows, drive automation of operational tasks, and help evolve the team's agentic tooling
Contribute to functional, component, and production-readiness testing for critical trading components
