Software Engineering Intern – Device Simulation & Digital Twin (February 2027)
Software Engineering Intern needed to rebuild and expand the DICENTIS device simulator using C# and/or C++ at Keenfinity Group in Eindhoven. The role involves analyzing real device behavior, implementing simulated scenarios, ensuring Windows and Linux compatibility, and integrating the simulator into automated test pipelines. Requires solid programming skills, understanding of OOP and networking, and good English communication.
What you'll do
- Get familiar with the existing device simulator, DICENTIS devices, and the newer technology stack used for the rebuild.
- Analyze the behavior and capabilities of real devices and identify which scenarios are already simulated and which are still missing.
- Define and prioritize the device behaviors required to significantly expand simulator coverage.
