JetBrains is seeking a Founding GTM Engineering Lead to build GrowthBricks, an AI-native GTM tool, by owning early customer implementations and shaping the product. The role requires hands-on experience with modern B2B GTM operations, sales automation, and AI agents, and offers a hybrid work model in Amsterdam.

What you'll do

Work directly with customers to understand their GTM workflows, systems, data, and bottlenecks.
Turn ambiguous business problems into working GTM systems.
Help build signal pipelines, account intelligence systems, enrichment and qualification workflows, outbound and CRM automation, and agentic workflows using GrowthBricks.
Work hands-on with tools such as CRMs, enrichment platforms, sales engagement tools, APIs, automation platforms, and AI agents.
Connect GrowthBricks to customers’ existing GTM stack rather than rebuilding it.
Identify patterns across customers and turn them into reusable product capabilities.
Work closely with the product founder and engineering team to shape GrowthBricks, including building and shipping features yourself.
