R&D Technology Solutions Intern
JDE Peet's is seeking a Technology Solutions Intern at its international headquarters in Utrecht, starting March 2027. The intern will conduct research on new ingredients, coffee and process technologies, assist with tastings, pilot plant trials and data analysis, while being enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
What you'll do
- Optimize existing Coffee & Ingredient processing methods by leading and conducting lab or pilot plant experiments
- Support the implementation of new technologies and equipment in the pilot line
- Analyse data to identify trends and propose innovative solutions
- Contribute knowledge sharing by the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Best Practices for process technology improvement
