Internship Talent Acquisition
JDE Peet's is seeking two Talent Acquisition Interns to support end-to-end recruitment for internships in an international environment. The role involves candidate and hiring manager contact, interview coordination, employer branding, and HR projects. Candidates must be enrolled students living in the Netherlands, available from January 2027, with strong communication and organizational skills.
What you'll do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for internships, from posting vacancies and screening applications to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring decisions
- Be a key point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Coordinate interviews and assessments with internal teams and external partners
