JBT Marel is seeking a Service Product Manager Specialist in Boxmeer to develop and manage the poultry service portfolio, translating customer needs into standardized, scalable service products. The role combines technical understanding with commercial insight, working closely with Engineering, Sales and Service to maximize customer value throughout the equipment lifecycle.

What you'll do

Understand customer needs and goals and translate them into clear requirements for service product development
Drive lifecycle product development by aligning customer needs with product development
Develop and strengthen the service portfolio by supporting creation, standardization and launch of new lifecycle products
Support commercial success by working closely with Sales and Service Selling to identify customer needs and match them with solutions
Connect teams and expertise by bringing together JBT Marel disciplines and customer stakeholders
Support product governance processes and decision-making related to lifecycle products
Monitor product delivery and performance, intervene when necessary, and monitor customer usage and satisfaction
Protect customer satisfaction and retention by identifying and mitigating risks
Help customers maximize value from poultry processing solutions through effective use of the service portfolio
