Innatera, a rapidly growing Dutch semiconductor company developing ultra-efficient neuromorphic processors for AI at the edge, is seeking a Senior Field Application Engineer to support product development and customer implementation. The role involves bridging the gap between market and internal teams, building technical relationships with customers, and providing technical support and training. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role within the semiconductor industry, strong coding skills in Python and C/C++, and knowledge of ML/AI frameworks.
What you'll do
- Bridging the gap between the market and internal teams by translating client feedback and usage scenarios into actionable product improvements
- Building deep technical relationships with customer architects and engineering management, serving as their primary technical advisor
- Dealing with technical questions/issues from customers and assisting them in accelerating their development of our technology
