Applicants must be enrolled at a Dutch university (or EU university for EU passport holders).

What you'll do

Support planning, execution, and tracking of an HR project
Coordinate stakeholders, follow up on actions, and help maintain project timelines
Prepare project artefacts such as planning overviews, meeting summaries, and stakeholder maps
Assist in the organisation of meetings and workshops
Develop PowerPoint presentations that tell a clear and compelling story
Prepare communication materials for HR stakeholders and project updates
Break down complex information into simple, clear messages
Prepare materials or insights for HRBP meetings
Support recurring HR cycles (e.g. performance, talent, or engagement initiatives)
Assist with stakeholder communication or coordination
Contribute to continuous improvement of team processes
Identify opportunities to improve project workflows or communication
Bring fresh ideas to elevate clarity, structure, and stakeholder engagement
