Internship - Corporate Finance Mid-Market
Participative internship at ING Corporate Finance Mid-Market in Amsterdam, providing M&A advice to Business Banking customers on acquisitions and business transfers worth €15-200 million. The intern will be a full team member, participating in strategic pitches, information memoranda, valuations, and negotiations. Requires a university master's student in business economics, business administration, economics or finance with extensive knowledge of valuation methods, Excel, and PowerPoint, and excellent Dutch and English.
