Internship Conversational Banking
Internship in the Conversational Banking program at ING's Transformation Office NL, focused on making banking simpler and more intuitive through AI and conversational interfaces. The intern will explore customer needs, analyze journeys, and support the senior program manager. Requires enrollment at a Dutch university (or EU university for EU passport holders).
What you'll do
- Exploring customer needs, market developments and new AI capabilities relevant to Conversational Banking.
- Analysing customer journeys and interactions to identify opportunities to make banking easier and more intuitive.
- Creating clear presentations and recommendations to share your findings and help shape next steps.
- Supporting the senior program manager with executing the program governance, drafting status updates, and taking care of program communication.
