Informa Markets is seeking a Business & Process Analyst Intern to support retention and customer insight (60%) and process and digital enablement (40%) in their Amsterdam office. The role involves building churn-risk models, mapping customer journeys, improving Salesforce data quality, and supporting digital product development. Candidates must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Economics, Business Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

What you'll do

Build a churn-risk score for first-year exhibitors and sponsors; flag at-risk accounts to Sales before rebooking opens
Map the 'net new' customer journey end to end, from contract to rebook; find drop-off points and propose fixes
Analyse why customers stay or leave; turn findings into a monthly insight pack for BD and Sales leadership
Improve Salesforce data quality, pipeline hygiene and conversion reporting (together with Sales Ops)
Audit pre, during and post-event customer comms with Commercial Marketing; cut duplication and sharpen the message
Support content, data and testing for customer-facing digital products and pages (with Commercial Marketing)
Support the CPHI Frankfurt 2027 sales cycle with account research, outreach lists and follow-up analytics
