HelloPrint, a €100M+ e-commerce company, is rebuilding as AI-first and seeks young builders for its AI Residency, a permanent role starting with a structured first year rotating across key AI projects. Candidates need a builder mindset, solid backend/software fundamentals (Python, APIs, databases), and daily use of AI tools; no degree or years of experience required.

What you'll do

Build real AI projects from week one that customers and colleagues use
Work on Agentic Commerce to make HelloPrint discoverable and orderable through AI assistants
Develop AI Design Studio to let customers create print-ready designs from a single sentence
Build AI-first customer service agents to replace classic ticketing
Create internal agent swarms to automate finance, purchasing, pricing, and operations
Pitch and build new AI ideas that improve the company
Ship, measure, iterate, and discard projects weekly
