HelloFresh is seeking a Menu Planning & Ingredients Intern to join its Product Operations team in Amsterdam. The role involves managing ingredient and recipe swaps, reviewing menus, analyzing customer feedback, and supporting HelloFresh Market operations. Ideal for HBO/WO students or recent graduates with a passion for food and data analysis.

What you'll do

Managing ingredient and recipe swaps in response to availability changes, market conditions, and customer feedback
Reviewing planned menus to drive variety, innovation, customer appeal, and create pairings for add-on modularity
Foster innovation by testing new ingredients, supporting re-cook sessions, and helping ensure consistent quality
Analyse customer feedback to surface actionable insights and translate into concrete improvements
Apply sensory skills by evaluating new and improved ingredients
Manage day-to-day operations for HelloFresh Market, including ingredient availability, stock tracking, pricing updates, margin calculations, and competitor benchmarking
Support both teams with ad-hoc analyses, tastings, and operational requests
