Senior Product Manager for the learner experience at GoodHabitz, an e-learning provider in Eindhoven. The role owns the learner surface end to end, driving weekly active learners from ~1% through personalisation, measurement, and mobile-first experiences. Requires a track record in B2B2C or consumer habit-formation products, shipped personalisation/recommendation work, and comfort on a platform with legacy history.

What you'll do

Own the learner surface end to end: onboarding, what someone is offered next, how it arrives, and what we learn from what they did.
Move us from a catalogue people browse to a product that pays attention, with personalisation across country, industry, company size, LMS/direct access, company, department, team, and individual.
Partner with educational designers on how content reaches one person, composing activities into a path and deciding what to offer when something did not land.
Own the measurement that makes it real: weekly active learners is the number this role moves, including setting the target and owning the path to it.
Treat mobile as a first-class question rather than a port, deciding between native client or lighter approaches.
Draw on a single library of studio content, customer-created content, and content generated on the spot, deciding what surfaces to whom.
