The role involves leading root cause analyses, audits, and corrective actions while collaborating across sites, suppliers, and customers. What you'll do
- Lead 8D root cause analyses and handle complaints and non-conformities
- Drive corrective and preventive actions using PPAP, Pareto, Fishbone, 5x Why, FMEA, A3
- Perform internal, external, customer, and certification audits (ISO 9001, 13485, 14001)
