Foxelli Group is seeking a Marketing Manager for a 4-month maternity cover contract, with potential for long-term employment. The role is 100% remote within the EU and involves full-stack marketing, including strategy, content creation, landing page optimization, and AI tool integration. Candidates should have e-commerce marketing experience, strong copywriting skills, and familiarity with CRO and performance marketing.

What you'll do

Build and run marketing strategies that support real business goals
Dig into customer research and market trends to find new growth opportunities
Analyze what’s working and what’s not and turn data into smart next steps
Come up with fresh ideas to scale funnels and campaigns
Manage marketing projects from idea to launch to improvement
Write copy for ads, landing pages, and funnels
Review design work and give feedback
Guide the creation and optimization of ad creatives with the design team
QA landing pages: checking UX, flow, and functionality
Run A/B tests to improve conversion rates
Work closely with developers to roll out website updates and improvements
Be the bridge between marketing, design, and development
Create clear briefs so everyone knows what to build and why
Track project progress and keep stakeholders in the loop
Collect and analyze customer feedback and data
Identify pain points and opportunities for improvement
Use insights to scale sales and improve acquisition
Bring AI into workflow as a competitive edge
Use GPT, image/video generators, and automation platforms to compress timelines, run more experiments, and beat our own ideas
