The role focuses on full-stack delivery in Ruby on Rails, migrating Ember.js features to Rails + Hotwire, and improving performance, stability, and CI/CD. Requires 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with Ruby on Rails as the home stack.

What you'll do

Own full-stack delivery on the roadmap, from backend logic and database design to the server-rendered UI
Lead the migration of Ember features to Rails + Hotwire
Handle support escalations and legacy bug-fixing alongside feature work
Contribute to improving CI/CD practices and deployment pipeline
Keep performance in mind across the stack
Build and maintain integrations with Learning Management Systems using LTI and partner APIs
Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions
