What you'll do

Optimizing the product portfolio through Product Lifecycle Management and Variety Assortment Strategy
Translating the global crop strategy into strategic market plans and tactical action plans
Leading multidisciplinary teams, cross-functional improvement projects, and breakthrough innovation projects
Managing product flow, inventory development, and slow-moving or obsolete varieties
Defining positioning, pricing, and global allocation of new and existing varieties
Overseeing variety registration and plant variety protection activities
