enviolo is seeking a Product Manager (Mechanical Products) to lead product strategy and execution for its CVP gear hub portfolio and motor integration partnerships. The role requires 5+ years in product-related roles, deep knowledge of bicycle transmission systems, and strong stakeholder management, based in Amsterdam with remote status.

What you'll do

Being a key stakeholder developing a multi-year product roadmap that captures the imagination of OEM customers, bicycle retailers and cyclists using Enviolo products.
Ensure the internal organization is updated with the long-term product vision through the 5-year product strategy and Product & Technology roadmap.
Creation of new product deliverables, including business cases and product scope documents.
Creation of and publication of all technical customer facing documentation necessary to specify, assemble and service all products in the portfolio.
Act as the first point of contact for drivetrain integration partners and keep enviolo connected and aligned across the E-bike development landscape.
Develop and maintain all up-to-date E-bike drivetrain compatibility documentation.
Build a detailed understanding of the long-term competitive landscape and the complementary product landscape.
Act as technical sales support for the Business Development team on complex technical issues.
Work closely with Business Development peers to shape key inputs for new product projects.
Work closely with Engineering and Quality teams in case of customer facing quality concerns.
Lead internal product communications and hand-over to the relevant teams when new physical products are introduced.
Collaborate with and empower project members without formal management authority in a cross-functional environment.
