What you'll do
- Lead a team of applied researchers and machine learning engineers delivering end-to-end Generative AI capabilities and products, from research and experimentation through production deployment and continuous improvement.
- Set the technical direction for the team and remain hands-on in solving challenging problems across LLMs, multimodal models, agents, retrieval and context, model adaptation, and learning from feedback.
- Turn promising research and prototypes into scalable production systems, making pragmatic decisions across model quality, architecture, latency, cost, reliability, and maintainability.
