Senior Backend Engineer (PHP)
Dyflexis is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer (PHP/Symfony) to build and scale the engine behind its workforce management platform. The role focuses on designing reliable, high-performance systems for enterprise traffic, collaborating with Frontend, Product, and DevOps, and mentoring engineers. Requires 5+ years of backend experience with PHP (Symfony), MySQL, and Docker/GitLab CI/CD.
What you'll do
- Create technical designs for features that handle enterprise traffic across regions, and optimize critical paths for performance and reliability
- Champion operational excellence, from code quality and testing to release readiness
- Collaborate with Product Owners, UX designers, and DevOps to turn business needs into working systems, owning it end to end and flagging early when something's off track
