Dustin is seeking an AI Engineer to build agentic AI solutions that automate core business processes. The role requires 3+ years of software engineering experience, Python skills, and cloud platform knowledge, preferably Azure. The position is hybrid in the Arnhem-Nijmegen region.
What you'll do
- Design and develop agentic AI solutions using Python and the Microsoft Agentic Framework to solve real business problems.
- Translate business processes and pain points into functional AI agents, workflows, and automation logic.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate solutions, refine requirements, and ensure delivered AI systems create measurable impact.
- Ensure all solutions adhere to AI governance, GDPR, and EU AI Act requirements, aligned with AI Central of Excellence standards.
