GenAI Ops Engineer needed for DPG Media's GenAI Platform team in Amsterdam or Antwerp. Requires medior-level support experience with SaaS/cloud, strong debugging and observability skills, and hands-on Kubernetes experience. Hybrid role combining user support with technical investigation and platform operations.

What you'll do

Managing the support queue, answering user questions and prioritising requests based on impact and urgency.
Investigating technical issues by analysing logs, metrics, traces, API responses, configurations and Kubernetes workloads to distinguish between usage issues, operational problems and product bugs.
Resolving usage and configuration issues, performing routine platform operations, applying approved fixes or workarounds and escalating urgent incidents when required.
Escalating bugs and complex technical issues to the engineering team with clear evidence, reproduction steps where possible and an overview of your investigation, while keeping users informed and confirming the outcome.
Analysing feature requests, discussing underlying needs with the product team, identifying recurring issues, improving dashboards, alerts and troubleshooting documentation, and proposing small automations that reduce support effort.
