Delta is seeking a Product Manager for industrial power supply products across EMEA, based in Helmond, Netherlands. The role requires native or professional fluency in Mandarin and English, a degree in power electrical engineering, and 3+ years of project/product management experience in the power supply or electronics industry.

What you'll do

Drive product strategy and roadmap for industrial power supply products across EMEA.
Collaborate with R&D, sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to define product requirements and go-to-market plans.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
Prepare product documentation, pricing models, launch materials, and sales tools.
Support regional sales and Field Application Engineers with product trainings and technical guidance.
Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and adjust priorities accordingly.
Represent the product at trade shows, customer meetings, and internal reviews.
Coordinate with global headquarters on product lifecycle management and localization efforts.
Travel approximately 30% for customer visits, joint end-user meetings, and industry exhibitions.
