Delta EMEA is seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to support its HR team in Hoofddorp, gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, learning & development, process optimization, and employee engagement within an international environment. Candidates must be enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program, available full-time on-site for 6 months starting Jan/Feb 2027, and familiar with MS Excel, Power Query, Power BI, Power Automate, and AI tools.
What you'll do
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling to ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Support the logistics and delivery of employee training sessions, including material preparation and tracking participant feedback
- Actively participate in HR process improvement projects by identifying manual tasks that can be streamlined through MS Office 365 tools
- Assist in organizing and facilitating internal events and initiatives to boost team morale and foster a positive workplace culture
