What you'll do

Assist FAEs with daily customer support and application engineering activities
Maintain and update product documentation and technical databases
Support routine product selection activities
Organize test reports, certifications, and other technical documentation
Collect competitor information and support market research
Prepare presentation materials and internal training documents
Improve Excel-based tools, trackers, and workflows using formulas, links, templates, or AI-based automation
Support other product and application-related activities within the team as needed
