Delta Electronics is seeking an ESG Intern to support its EMEA ESG team in Hoofddorp, Netherlands. The role involves ESG data management, sustainability reporting, regulatory research, and employee engagement on circular economy topics. Ideal for a current Bachelor's or Master's student passionate about sustainability with strong analytical and communication skills.

What you'll do

Collect, validate, and consolidate ESG-related data from internal stakeholders
Analyze sustainability data to identify trends and insights
Support data quality checks and audit processes
Engage with colleagues across departments to gather and clarify ESG information
Collaborate with different teams on sustainability initiatives
Support meetings, presentations, and internal communication
Assist in preparing sustainability reports and compliance documentation
Help ensure compliance with standards such as CSRD/ESRS and ISO
Monitor ESG trends, regulations, and best practices
Support benchmarking against industry peers to identify improvement areas
