What you'll do

Monitor business performance and report on key financial and operational metrics (with a focus on ARR growth)
Perform variance analysis between forecasts and actuals, and explain what’s driving the gaps
Support monthly and quarterly reporting, including the board deck for the management team
Help the Business Controller gather inputs for forecasts, making sure the data is accurate and relevant
Work closely with the team on projects that drive business growth, profitability and operational excellence
Streamline and automate existing processes using the AI tools available to you
