DAF Trucks is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented intern to assist with a pan-European review of Marketing & Sales communications in preparation for the European Green Claims Directive. The intern will audit customer-facing materials, identify compliance gaps, and develop guidelines and governance processes. Candidates should be studying Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Sustainability, Law, or a related field, with strong analytical and communication skills in English.

What you'll do

Conducting a full audit of existing Marketing & Sales communication materials across HQ, Subsidiaries and Dealers.
Reviewing communications against Green Claims Directive requirements and identifying areas requiring amendment or further substantiation.
Creating and maintaining an inventory of environmental and sustainability claims currently used within the organisation.
Liaising with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Legal, Product Development and Sustainability teams.
Supporting the correction, updating and standardisation of existing communication materials.
Developing practical guidelines, templates and best practices for the creation of compliant communications.
Assisting in the implementation of a governance and approval process to ensure all future Marketing & Sales communications remain compliant with Green Claims legislation.
Supporting project reporting and presenting findings and recommendations to management.
