Curamando is seeking an AI Tech Director to lead its AI practice, working on high-impact AI projects for global clients. The role involves setting technical vision, mentoring GenAI engineering teams, and engaging with clients at boardroom level. Requires at least 10 years of engineering experience with a minimum of 3 years hands-on AI, strong software engineering skills, and experience with LLMs and cloud platforms.

What you'll do

Lead boardroom conversations on technology and AI with senior client stakeholders
Set and own the technical vision and architecture standards across AI engagements
Steer and mentor GenAI engineering teams, guiding architectural choices and resolving bottlenecks
Support commercial work as technical counterpart: input for pitches, proposals, scoping, budgeting
Spot emerging AI capabilities and translate them into strategic advice
Validate feasibility and risks of AI use cases, including data security, privacy, licensing, responsible AI
Direct and oversee the journey to production, ensuring delivery quality
