Curamando is seeking an AI Tech Director to lead its AI practice, working on high-impact AI projects for global clients. The role involves setting technical vision, mentoring GenAI teams, and engaging with clients at the boardroom level. Requires at least 10 years of engineering experience with a minimum of 3 years hands-on AI, strong software engineering skills, and experience with LLMs and cloud platforms.

What you'll do

Lead boardroom conversations on technology and AI with senior client stakeholders.
Set and own the technical vision and architecture standards across AI engagements.
Steer and mentor GenAI engineering teams, guiding architectural choices and resolving technical bottlenecks.
Support commercial work as the technical counterpart: providing input for pitches, joining pitches, and contributing to proposals, scoping and budgeting.
Spot emerging AI capabilities and market shifts, translating them into strategic advice for clients and internal positioning.
Validate feasibility and risks of AI use cases, including data security, privacy, licensing and responsible AI considerations.
Direct and oversee the journey to production, keeping teams focused on priorities and safeguarding delivery quality.
