Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Customer Engineer for Central & Eastern Europe (Russian speaking) to act as a trusted technical advisor and architect of the customer journey. The role bridges technical strategy and business value, guiding enterprise clients from pre-sales validation through onboarding, deployment, and expansion, with a quota-carrying focus. Requires 8-12 years in customer-facing technical roles and deep expertise in network and security architectures.

What you'll do

Lead technical deep-dive discovery and map customer infrastructure to Cloudflare architectures
Define and scope Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and technical validation plans
Deliver technical presentations, architectural diagrams, and demonstrations
Address technical objections and security compliance questions
Provide oversight to technical onboarding and implementation
Design structured migration and onboarding blueprints
Monitor customer health scores and telemetry
Carry a variable quota tied to new business and account growth
Lead technical Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle
Leverage AI agents and LLMs to automate routine tasks
Partner with Enablement Team to design and govern technical resources
