Celonis is seeking an Applied Value Engineer to solve business-critical problems for strategic global accounts. The role involves architecting and prototyping AI solutions on the Celonis platform, demonstrating business impact to C-suite executives, and ensuring successful implementation and value realization. Requires 2+ years of executive-facing presales and value engineering experience, strong software/data engineering skills, and expertise in agentic AI systems.

What you'll do

Translate domain expertise, product knowledge, and specific customer requirements into flawless project execution
Execute technical discovery to prototype and build bespoke, state-of-the-art AI solutions
Drive end-to-end execution of business-critical Proof-of-Value (PoV) projects
Deliver secure, scalable LLM/agent systems with RAG, tools, and guardrails
Integrate with enterprise data, identity, and compliance frameworks
Maintain active technical and advisory involvement with strategic accounts
Ensure project remains on track until agreed-upon value, adoption thresholds, and operational transformations are achieved
Leverage domain expertise to build industry-specific E2E solutions
Contribute to codifying work into reusable methodology and assets
