IT Stagiaire
Cefetra Group is offering an IT Support Internship in Rotterdam starting February 2027. The intern will provide first-line IT support, manage user accounts and devices, and work with technologies such as Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Intune, Windows Server, Cisco Meraki, Citrix, VMware, and TeamViewer. Candidates should be enrolled in an MBO program in ICT or a related field and have basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and networking.
What you'll do
- Providing first-line support and resolving hardware, software and network issues
- Managing user accounts, passwords, licenses and devices
- Installing, configuring and deploying laptops and mobile phones
