Catawiki is seeking an Art Development Intern to join its Art Sales team, supporting business development and seller acquisition across European and international markets. The six-month full-time internship is open to students enrolled at a Dutch university who are fluent in English and speak Dutch or another European language, with a genuine interest in the art market. The role is hybrid, based in the Randstad, Netherlands.

What you'll do

Support Business Developers with acquisition projects across several European and international markets
Identify and map galleries, dealers and artists
Research markets, build lead lists and turn insights into clear outreach plans
Build and manage your own outbound pipeline through email and cold calling in English
Prepare tailored proposals and follow-up communications for prospective sellers
Track pipeline activity and performance in HubSpot
Use data and AI tools to prioritise prospects, improve workflows and identify conversion opportunities
Share insights and recommendations with the Art Sales team
