PR & Events Intern needed for the Benelux & Nordics Communication team at Cartier in Amsterdam. The role offers hands-on experience in PR and events, supporting PR agencies, coordinating press material, and assisting with event logistics. Requires enrollment in a university, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and fluency in English.

What you'll do

Monitor publications and send editorial reports to HQ on a daily basis
Responsible for monthly and trimestral reports and analyses
Assist PR agencies by providing tailor-made press material
Coordinate local shootings with PR stock
Coordinate distribution and updated PR stock of PR agencies in collaboration with PR Manager
Assist with vendor creations and extensions
Assist PR Manager with PR strategic presentations
Assist with organization of PR Events and press trips
Update events database (suppliers, catering, new venues etc.)
Help monitor/update the annual calendar, retro planning and events budget (Excel)
Work together with the local finance team for vendor creations and extensions
Control of the events inventory and be the main contact for the warehouse
Coordinate the shipments (sending and receiving) for events
Assist with the preparation of creative briefs, presentations and post-reports (PowerPoint)
Collect, compile and organize information about major competitors
