Cartier is seeking a Junior E-Commerce Operations Coordinator Intern in Amsterdam to manage the operational follow-up of online orders from start to finish. The role involves resolving order issues, coordinating with warehouse, logistics, finance and fraud stakeholders, and supporting exceptional and gifting services. Candidates must be enrolled in a university for the full 6-month internship and have excellent English communication skills.

What you'll do

Manage the operational follow-up of online orders from start to finish
Ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise
Handle inquiries from the customer service team promptly
Act as the main point of contact between the team and operational stakeholders such as warehouse, logistics, finance and fraud departments
Organize and follow up on exceptional order and delivery services for high value orders
Execute the gifting program on a weekly basis
Troubleshoot and provide support for ad hoc issues to ensure seamless daily operations
