What you'll do

Translate product and domain challenges into clear technical approaches balancing speed, quality, and long-term stability
Review designs, pair with engineers, and coach them through harder decisions
Keep services observable, secure, resilient, and production-ready on Kubernetes
Work closely with the architect on system boundaries
Improve team's day-to-day through tooling, CI/CD, and testing practices
Build a culture of learning and ownership
Run delivery day to day and coach engineers who own their own solutions
