bol is seeking a Senior Product Manager for its Data Analytics Platform team in Utrecht. The role involves owning the product vision for data access, visualisation, and agentic analytics, working within a highly federated data organisation to deliver platform products that enable all bollers to act on data insights.

What you'll do

Own the full product scope of the Data Analytics Platform, from data access and discovery to visualisation and AI-powered interfaces.
Lead the strategy for bol’s visualisation toolchain (Tableau, Looker Studio), diagnosing fragmentation and building a coherent, trusted, self-serve landscape.
Define and drive the product vision for agentic analytics capabilities, including conversational interfaces, AI-driven insight generation, and automation of analytical workflows.
Lead evidence-driven discovery: form hypotheses, test assumptions, and translate validated needs into scalable platform capabilities.
Translate complexity of LLM integration, metrics layers, and data pipelines into a clear, phased roadmap.
Lead alongside engineering, jointly shaping priorities, outcomes, and ways of working.
Navigate a highly federated data organisation, aligning domain teams, analytics engineers, and senior stakeholders.
Define success metrics such as task success rates, visualisation adoption, time-to-insight, and analyst time reclaimed, and instrument systems to measure them.
Champion a test-and-learn approach: run controlled experiments and know when to scale or kill initiatives.
Drive internal enablement to ensure teams use and trust the products built.
