Bloom & Wild is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own the roadmap for delivery and availability systems and guide a squad of six alongside a technical lead. The role involves untangling a large monolith into domain-driven architecture, launching new carriers and product categories, and using AI tools to accelerate product work. The position is hybrid, based in Amsterdam or flexible in the UK.

What you'll do

Own the DAM roadmap, balancing a cleaner domain-driven architecture with commercial value
Choose what to change and when, so every release lands safely for customers, warehouse and logistics teams
Launch new carriers and more complex product categories with Operations, Commercial and Logistics
Shape clean data models and interfaces that enable automation and agentic commerce, using AI tools for research, debugging and analysis
Own squad KPIs, measure impact, course-correct and keep senior stakeholders informed
