What you'll do
- Identify Process Improvements through Lean & Technology applications Sprints: Work on shadowing Finance teams to identify bottlenecks, providing basic Lean coaching, and developing “quick-win” AI automations
- Training & Ops Support: Work on the administration and logistics of Lean/AI workshops, providing ad-hoc technical support to participants
- Strategic Research: Work on researching “big challenges” in Finance, to identify how AI trends can solve specific pain points
- Proof of concept Development: Work on building a hands-on Proof of Concept to prototype and test a functional AI solution for the departments
