ASML is offering a bachelor non-thesis internship within its Global Manufacturing Safety, Quality, and Operational Excellence team in Veldhoven. The intern will validate a manufacturing readiness decision-making model or analyze industrialization risks and business impact, working at least 4 days per week for a minimum of 5 months starting January 2027.

What you'll do

Apply the manufacturing readiness model within active product introduction projects
Evaluate how effectively the model supports decision-making
Gather feedback from stakeholders across manufacturing
Assess usability, adoption, and practical value
Identify opportunities for model improvements
Develop recommendations for broader implementation
Present findings and validation results to the team
Analyze historical project and manufacturing data
Investigate links between manufacturing performance and business outcomes
Quantify impacts such as rework, engineering effort, and cycle-time delays
Develop business cases and benefit assumptions
Evaluate potential financial improvements
Build a structured benefit management approach
Present recommendations and impact assessments
