The intern will improve contract data quality, support digital contract management processes, and explore AI applications for contract analysis. Candidates should be pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in law, business administration, management, or a related field, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365.

What you'll do

Support reporting activities and follow up on contract-related analysis requests.
Improve the quality, accuracy, and completeness of contracting data.
Assist with the implementation and adoption of a contract management platform.
Review contracts and develop concise contract summaries.
Apply artificial intelligence techniques to support contract analysis activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve data quality issues.
Contribute ideas for improving contract management processes and reporting.
