Ascom, a global healthcare technology company, is seeking three entrepreneurial Business Improvement & AI interns to join its Global Service & Operations team in Utrecht. The role focuses on identifying, validating, building, and implementing AI-driven improvements to business processes, requiring an entrepreneurial mindset and strong communication skills.

What you'll do

Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to understand processes and challenges.
Identify and validate AI and automation opportunities.
Translate business requirements into AI use cases.
Design, build, and deploy solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate and more.
Take ownership of initiatives from ideation through adoption.
Measure outcomes and continuously improve solutions.
Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across countries and functions.
